I beleive that every female is same in their anatomy and physiology; and every female is capable of feeling squirting. Since, the act of squirting needs the female in very relaxed environment; thats why only 1/3rd can experience/feel squirting. It is duty of her partner to make her to feel relax so she can experience squirting.

My own experience:
Squirting is basically a temporary phase of urinary incontinence acheived by vigrous stimulation of clitoris which causes loss of control over bladder and eventually results into uncontrolled release of a mixture of urine and fluid produced by skene’s gland.
